Powerlink and Powerlink Queensland are the registered trading names of Queensland Electricity Transmission Corporation Limited, A.C.N. 078 849 233 (Powerlink). Powerlink is an Australian Proprietary Company, limited by shares registered with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).
Powerlink has two subsidiaries:
- Powerlink Transmission Services Pty Ltd A.C.N. 081 169 511, and
- Harold Street Holdings Pty Ltd, A.C.N. 092 874 103.

Two committees assist the Board— the Audit and Compliance Committee and the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee.
