Engineering Officer Program

Our Engineering Officer Program offers recent graduates of an Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor of Technology an exciting way to kick start a career in the electrical transmission field.

You’ll gain new knowledge and skills in our world leading high voltage electricity transmission network, as you work to become a Para Professional, Technician, or Technical Officer.

Key features of this two-year program include:

• Six month rotations in key business areas like network operations, design, construction management, and network field services.
• The option to apply for a permanent position in your chosen area (if available) during your final rotation on the program.
• Senior engineers as mentors throughout the program to support you and help set you up for a career that’s in a fun, exciting, and challenging environment.
