Co-Use

*Mandatory fields
  1. General Building - shed, pool, awning, fence, etc
  2. Underground Services - water, gas, sewerage, electrical, comms, etc
  3. Overhead Electrical Undercrossing
  4. Rail and Transport Infrastructure - new rail works or upgrades to existing infrastructure, or new works or upgrades to transport infrastructure such as roads and bridges
  5. Lot Reconfiguration and Material Change of Use
  6. Other - any works not covered in the Purpose of Co-Use options. Alternatively, if you are unsure about the type of application, use this option
Description
Please describe in brief the intentions and requirements of your proposal.
  

 
Please attach the following:
  1. A locality plan at an suitable scale showing the type of structure, the position of the structure in relation to Powerlink assets and easements (with dimensions to the assets) and the surrounding features (buildings, services, etc)
  2. Engineering plans that outline the dimensions of the structure, the materials to be used and the services to be connected to the structure.
  3. Plans detailing earthworks involved with the construction of the structure with a suitable contour scale.
  4. A construction methodology for the proposed works would also be of assistance with regards to processing the application.
  5. Any other information that is relevant to the application.
Please attach the following:
  1. A locality plan at a suitable scale showing the type of service and the position of the service in relation to Powerlink assets and easements (with dimensions to the assets).
  2. Where appropriate, digital data which indicates the position of the underground service being installed. The digital files include but not limited to a GIS shape file (that has been .zip compressed) or a DXF file. These files need to be in MGA co-ordinate with a GDA94 projection in the appropriate zone.
  3. Engineering plans outlining the installation of the service, the dimensions of the service, and the type of materials being used.
  4. A construction methodology for the proposed works would also be of assistance with regards to processing the application.
  5. Any other information that is relevant to the application.
Please attach the following:
  1. A locality plan at a suitable scale showing the alignment of the overhead electrical undercrossing and its position in relation to Powerlink assets and easements.
  2. A completed Conductor Survey Guidelines form.
  3. A completed Undercrossing form.
  4. Engineering plans outlining any relevant information with regards to the proposed overhead electrical undercrossing.
  5. A construction methodology for the proposed works would also be of assistance with regards to processing the application.
  6. Any other information that is relevant to the application.
Please attach the following:
  1. A locality plan at a suitable scale showing the proposed works in relation to Powerlink assets and easements (with dimensions to the assets).
  2. A DXF file of the engineering design converted to the MGA Co-ordinates with a GDA94 projection in the appropriate zone.
  3. Engineering plans outlining all construction that is in and around the Powerlink assets and easements. Alternatively, full engineering plans can be attached.
  4. A completed Conductor Survey form (if required).
  5. A construction methodology for the proposed works would also be of assistance with regards to processing this application.
  6. Any other information that is relevant to the application.
Please attach the following:
  1. A locality plan at a suitable scale showing the location of the proposed lot reconfiguration in relation to Powerlink assets and easements.
  2. All relevant supporting documentation (Development Applications, etc)
  3. If appropriate, engineering plans outlining all construction that is in and around Powerlink assets and easements. Alternatively, full engineering plans can be attached.
Please attach the following (where possible):
  1. A locality plan at a suitable scale that outlines the intent of the application, and the position of works in relation of to Powerlink assets and easements (with dimensions to assets).
  2. Any digital data, such as engineering design, which is to be submitted in a DXF format, in MGA Co-ordinates with a GDA94 projection in the appropriate zone.
  3. Any engineering plans outlining all construction that is in and around Powerlink assets and easements. Alternatively, full engineering plans can be submitted.
  4. A completed Conductor Survey form (if required).
  5. A construction methodology for the proposed works would also be of assistance with regards to processing this application
  6. Any other information that is relevant to the application.

Files larger than 5 MB may be submitted by post on a USB drive, DVD or CD (clearly labelled with the Applicant Name and Contact Number) to: Network Property, Powerlink Queensland, PO Box 1193, Virginia, QLD, 4014.
