Retrieving property from substations

It may be tempting to go inside the fence of one of our substations to retrieve a wayward soccer ball, but please don’t.  Substations are securely locked at all times because there is equipment inside that has live electricity passing through it.

High voltage electricity can kill without you even touching live equipment. Just standing too close can be deadly. 

We’ll retrieve any property that ends up on substation grounds for you—simply call us on Freecall 1800 635 369 during office hours, or Freecall 1800 353 031 outside office hours.

Don’t try to retrieve property from a substation yourself.
