Career development programs
Powerlink encourages employees to further develop their skills and pursue their career aspirations within the organisation through a training and career planning system. Powerlink provides a substantial budget for training and development initiatives and financial assistance is also available for relevant tertiary studies.
The organisation has a preference to promote from within and provide secondment opportunities for employees to expand their experience base and career prospects.
