Our Delivery and Technical Solutions division plans and delivers infrastructure and technical solutions to enable cost effective and reliable electricity transmission services. This spans Community & Delivery Services, Design Solutions, Infrastructure Delivery, Major Customers & Energy Transformation as well as Digital Engineering.

Our Energy Futures division helps to position Powerlink to take its part in a world-class energy future and guide our people and our stakeholders through the transition. ​Our division is responsible for developing integrated business and network strategies for the future and we tactically prepare for operations in the face of natural disasters, ​cyber security threats and other major disruptions.​

Our Finance and Governance Division ensures we build a strong focus on finance, cost management, risk and governance. This division's highly strategic focus is critical for Powerlink's performance and a shift to a more commercially focused corporate approach across Finance Strategy & Services, Supply Chain Services and Governance.

Major Projects play a critical role in upgrading and expanding the power grid infrastructure in Queensland to ensure a reliable and efficient flow of electricity. As part of delivering the Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan, these large-scale projects encompass significant investments, aiming to address the increasing demand for electricity, integrate renewable energy sources, enhance grid resilience, and help shape Queensland’s future energy system.

Our Network and Business Development division plans and optimises the portfolio of network investments and delivers commercial network opportunities considering whole of life strategies across the three lines of business (regulated, non-regulated, and energy transformation).

Our Operations and Service Delivery (OSD) division is responsible for delivering Powerlink's state-wide operations, including 24/7 real time operations, all field maintenance, telecommunication services, operational technology (OT), laboratory and warehousing services.
