The Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee Charter outlines the terms of reference for the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. This committee assists the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities by reviewing and reporting to the Board on specified aspects of Powerlink Queensland in relation to: financial integrity; laws, regulations and codes of conduct; business risk management; and audit effectiveness.
