Corporate sponsorships are strategic investments that support initiatives aligned with Powerlink’s priorities while providing benefits such as branding, stakeholder engagement, promotional opportunities and thought leadership. 

They help strengthen relationships with industry, government, communities and key stakeholders, enhance our reputation, and contribute to Queensland’s energy future. 

Generally, Powerlink corporate sponsorships are suitable for:  

  • Major conferences and associated business events 
  • Industry programs and initiatives  
  • Large-scale strategic partnerships that provide meaningful engagement, visibility or reputational benefits to Powerlink. 

How to apply for a corporate sponsorship 

All corporate sponsorship applications are submitted through Powerlink’s SmartyGrants portal. 

Applications are assessed against strategic alignment, stakeholder value, reputation, risk and value for money considerations.
