Online psychometric assessment
Successful candidates will then progress through to the next stage of the recruitment process, which will include various online cognitive assessments. All details will be provided on how to best prepare and complete the cognitive assessments.
August-October 2025
In-person Assessment Centres and interviews
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to one our Assessment Centres, which will be based in either Gladstone, Townsville or Brisbane. The duration will be one full day, with the potential requirement to attend a face-to-face interview post Assessment Centre.
September-November 2025
Pre-employment checks
Pre-employment checks commence for successful candidates.
October-November 2025
Formal offers
Successful candidates confirmed, and formal employment offers issued.
November 2025
Meet and greet leaders and uniform fittings
Throughout the month of November, we will hold various sessions to ensure we set you up for success – these may include meet and greet leader sessions and uniform fittings.
