Overview
Powerlink was engaged by Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) to connect the Lilyvale Solar Farm to the high voltage electricity transmission network. The 100MW large-scale solar project is in Central Queensland, 50km north-east of Emerald.
Powerlink constructed a new substation and short transmission line connection as part of the project.
Status
Powerlink works were completed in early 2019.
