A small fire at a north Brisbane substation has caused a momentary dip in power supply impacting customers in parts of South East Queensland.
Powerlink crews were immediately on site to secure the area. The fire was quickly contained and QFES also attended.
Powerlink Chief Executive Kevin Kehl said he did not anticipate any further supply issues as a result.
"Customers would have experienced a brief dip in power supply as a result of the fire. We apologise for any inconvenience.
"We are undertaking a thorough investigation of the cause of the incident."
