As a founding signatory, we have now released our first Energy Charter Disclosure Statement as an open and honest outline of where we are as a business. This report on our progress against the Energy Charter principles outlines where our past performance has not been acceptable, and where there are opportunities to improve for our customers.
This is a milestone moment for the Australian energy industry, and we know there is still a long way to go, but this is the beginning of an important journey. As an industry, we have voluntarily determined to be more open, accountable and to do more to listen to our customers.
