Dr Vu Tran

Vu is an experienced non-executive director with board and director experience across ASX-listed, government and not-for-profit organisations, including complex, highly regulated environments where risk management, long-term capital planning and stakeholder trust are critical. He currently serves on the Board of Metro South Hospital and Health Service and is a Director of ASX-listed PeopleIn.
Vu is a globally recognised entrepreneur who has co-founded and scaled multiple venture-backed technology companies, including Go1, a global workplace learning platform, Black Sky Industries, a sovereign advanced manufacturing business supporting defence and aerospace, and OneMRI, a health technology company. These ventures operate in highly regulated industries spanning education and compliance technology, advanced manufacturing, and health services. Across them, Vu has led capital raising, product and commercial strategy, and the operational scaling required to grow companies from early stage through to significant scale.
Vu is also a practising medical doctor, a member of the Royal Australia College of General Practitioners, bringing clinical training and a distinctive perspective to governance in high-stakes, safety-critical operating environments.
