Equal by 30 is a global initiative focused on advancing gender equality in the energy sector, including equal pay, leadership and opportunities for women.
Powerlink became a signatory to Equal by 30 in May 2025.
Through this commitment, we take tangible action to increase the participation of women in the energy sector and reduce gender gaps.
The initiative supports talent attraction, workforce diversity and future capability, while strengthening Powerlinkâs commitment as a contributor to a more inclusive energy sector.
