With a dynamic career spanning Australia, Hong Kong, Denmark, the UK, India, and China, his expertise includes corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and business transformation, with a proven track record in M&A integrations, regulatory licensing, and strategic growth.
Richard is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, and Company Secretary at Swyftx (since January 2025), where he has been integral to formulating the strategic plan, leading high-value M&A transactions, and executing a comprehensive Risk & Compliance Transformation program aligned to regulatory requirements.
