With a dynamic career spanning Australia, Hong Kong, Denmark, the UK, India, and China, his expertise includes corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and business transformation, with a proven track record in M&A integrations, regulatory licensing, and strategic growth.
Richard currently holds executive and board positions across fintech, investment, and not-for-profit sectors, including COO, Executive Director and Non-Executive Director roles where he focuses on strategic planning, operational excellence, and risk and compliance transformation. Richard combines strategic vision with operational and regulatory expertise to drive growth and innovation resulting in sustainable outcomes.
Richard is a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Mega Projects Committee.
