Reference Group

As part of the 2027-32 Revenue Determination process, we’ve formed a Revenue Proposal Reference Group with members of our Customer Panel.

This smaller group enables deeper, more frequent engagement to provide detailed customer input into Powerlink’s Revenue Proposal.

Customer Panel

The meeting provided updates on network operational challenges and investments, insights into Queensland Farmers’ Federation member priorities, and a review of the Energy Charter accountability cycle. The group also participated in an interactive session on Powerlink’s draft Community Benefits Framework and received a report back from the Revenue Proposal Reference Group.

2024 Accountability Forum

Powerlink Queensland hosted the 2024 Accountability Forum in collaboration with CS Energy and Energy Queensland. This forum brought together customer panel members and organisational leaders for an in-depth discussion on our shared commitment to customer focus, energy affordability, sustainability, and supporting vulnerable customers.

Key moments included:

  • Leadership Updates: leaders from Powerlink, Energy Queensland, and CS Energy provided updates on our progress with the Energy Charter principles and future goals.
  • CEO & SME Panel Discussion: An open, engaging discussion addressed questions around policy, collaboration, social licence, focusing on how we can better support Queenslanders.
  • Networking Opportunities: Attendees connected during a networking lunch to reflect on the year’s developments and to explore aspects of Queensland’s energy future.
